I have been using the new Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water (makeup remover) for quite some time now. It is about time I share my experience with it.
The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water claims to removes make-up, cleanse, and soothes with no need for rubbing or rinsing. The product states that the water is an easy way to remove make-up, soothe and hydrate the face, eye area, and lips in 1 step. It adds that it has no perfume and it is suitable for sensitive skin. It goes on to add that it is hypoallergenic. Here is my experience on this beauty.

My Experience
I don’t usually use a lot of Garnier products but boy oh boy, their Micellar Water has taken a soft spot in my heart. This water completely removes foundation, lip products as well as all eye makeup products leaving the skin clean and clear.
I like that this product doesn’t get my face oily in-spite of having combination skin. It does not dry out or irritate my skin which is a big plus. The product is extremely economical for the price and works as well, I will definitely repurchase it.
How to use Garnier Makeup Cleansing Water?
Take few drops on a cotton ball and gently wipe off your makeup.
When to use Garnier Makeup Cleansing Water?
The best time to use this is anytime you want to remove your makeup of course.
